RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

IMPORTANT! To ensure smooth and efficient returns, it is necessary that customers reach out to our Customer Service Team before taking any action. Speaking to the Customer Service Team is essential to obtain accurate return instructions and to guarantee a timely exchange or refund.

Please DO NOT return items independently or without obtaining instructions and guidance from our Customer Service Team. Returning items to the wrong address may result in delays or, in some cases, the inability to process a return or refund.

RETURNING A PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU NO LONGER WANT IT

If you purchased your product directly from the tekhnefrequentia.com website and you decide you no longer want it, we will give you a refund if you return it to us within 14 days of you receiving your order – the item must be unused (no scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear) and in its original condition (with packaging intact). Refunds are for products only. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be paid by the customer. It is IMPORTANT to contact our Customer Service Team before sending the item to us.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Computer software, video games, CDs, DVDs and Vinyl Records
  • Intimate, health or sanitary
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

After 14 days of receiving your order, returning a product will not be accepted and refunds won’t be issued.

RETURNING A PRODUCT BECAUSE IT HAS A FAULT OR IS DAMAGED

If you purchased your product directly from the tekhnefrequentia.com website and it arrives in a damaged or defective condition, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a pre-paid label and send a replacement product free of charge once your returned item(s) have been received at the address that will be indicated by our Customer Service Team.

In order to proceed, we require evidence of the damaged or defective product (photos, unboxing video, the shipping slip, barcode…etc.)

Any product that has been altered or damaged by the customer trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do won’t be elegible for a return or a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are elegible, then your refund will be processed, and your refund will be issued to your order’s original payment method,

The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale and discounted items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be elegible for a refund.

Exchanges

We accept returns on damaged or defective items only. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving your product.

Shipping Return

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning their product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned products.
